I’m looking to hire 2 or 3 people with experience managing and promoting websites. They would be responsible for helping select revenue generating websites for me to purchase and managing the technical and logistical aspects of running it. I’d like to pick types of sites that the manager has experience running, but anything they would be comfortable with would be considered. Payment would be a % of profit generated from the site as well as a higher % of increase in profit. I’m looking to set this arrangement up for a period of 2-6 months initially For example: if we agreed to 15% of the profit initially and 40% of the increase in profit over a period of 3 months If the site you were managing initially made $200/month and increased to $500/month you would receive (15% of $200) + (40% of the $300 increase) for a payment of $150 that month. All of these numbers and most of the specific responsibilities are negotiable and I’m happy to discuss and other ideas you have. I’m looking for people with experience and good digitalpoint reputation only. I’m especially interested in having one of the people specialize in poker/casino/gambling related sites.
