Who has been banned 5 times on TalkFreeLance.com for scamming people, and all he does is make a new hosting company with his friend "julie" and spam other sites. James(smackheadshow, Emailsforlife) has been banned 5 times for having a banned account. The first account was banned for not refunding 1(ONE) person who i think was .amaze back. So really not refunding one person who also does not leave him alone is not classed as scamming on this planet love - Sorry. And codedfx looks like just a forum to advertise so i really don't see your problem because we have many happy customers and James is advertising the hosting and it has been up for over 6 months now and we have had no problem. Screwing over 1 person, doesn't mean its alright. You stated a "30 day Money Back Guaranteed" on your site, and everyone signing up is obligated to get their money back. He made up a fake story, to keep the money. You guys have no principal at all, your just 100% liars. Well... according to Domaintools, your domain was registered on June 27th, meaning that you guys haven't even been around for a month yet. I thought you said 6 months? Many clients? Well... according to domaintools, you guys only have 4 people on hosted, including yourself. Good Try. Being honest in this game, is the best thing you can do. Seeing how most people are looking for a honest host that they can rely on.

And no we are not liers if you read talkfreelance you see PAUL had said he cut the account and if you want a refund go and get it. So i don't have a clue what you are bringing James info this for because there is no reason and every single forum and post he makes you are behind him which i think is really sad for a 16 year old who owns Nixism. Yes, you answered all my questions, but incorrectly since all you and your partner do is lie. The person he scammed is me, I had 3 accounts with his site. 2 were bought from the site, which PAUL owned, and he refunded me for those accounts. The last one, was bought the very first day of host-addiction's launch, and James claimed that there company paypal wasn't set up, so I paid the money to him, but yet he NEVER refunded me. For the record, if you read throught TFL, he did this to at least 6 other members, thats if you can read? Thanks, your a scammer.

Read talkfreelance you will see people admit to getting thier refund back leaving only you and only you paid ONCE into James' paypal which was later out of pocked by his last $60 due to paul changing the passwords. Now Second, Leave me alone as i have no reason to be in this. This is between you an James not me so leave this topic and leave MY hosting to be. If you wish i can get my server providers to comfirm that the server IS registered to me and me only. So leave now as this has nothing to do with anything else that James has Done. THIS IS ME adverting. Our hosting are not scammers and all of our customers have been happy as you see they are 2 from this forum which was from about 3(THREE) months ago. We have not had to issue any refund while in MY servers due the the fact our customers are having thier paid time on the servers and very happy. James also give you proff of his money going into pauls paypal which he later locked him out of. Also he also comfirms its only YOU who paid. The screen shot he showed on talkfreelance, has nothing to do with what I asked him to show me, all he did was beat around the bush by giving me a screen shot that had no value. For the record, I am pretty sure Paul screwed over James (sarcasm). Seeing how Paul is actually a nice guy and to this day, I still speak to him on MSN regularly. Paul refunded me for the two accounts that were paid to the host-addiction paypal account, but the one sent to James, was NEVER refunded. Even if, I paid him and he "claims" he transfered it to Paul, then I still should receive a refund from James paypal regardless. Your right, this doesn't involve you, I am just telling you that your partner/co-owner is a horrible person to deal with, and WILL bring your companines reputation down. JAMES IS YOUR PARTNER. You have to take responsibility for his actions to a certain point. What he does reflects on you. As, I said..
