Looking for a new game to play...

Hi,

I'm searching for a good single player game to play on PC. A first person game in a 3D world, but not the standard first person shooters like duke nukem, quake, serious sam, ...

I'm more looking for a game like Alice or Turok... A combination of quests and action and 3D environments or something
Anyone got recommendations?

 

Best 2 games for me are Silent Hill - Tomb Raider .. You must've played em , But if you haven't play the newest ones you should , as they really rock.

 

You should try starcraft 2 when it comes out. This should be one of the best games ever to be released for the PC.

 

Starcraft II is a strategy game, the guy is looking for a first person game.

Battlefield is an online war game where you can control vehicles to attack others, basically.

 

Well.. a new a free total conversion mod for the HL2 game is out. It's called Insurgency. It's honestly a very good game. It's not really a "run and gun" type of game either, which is nice because you really need to watch yourself because of the increased weapon damage. Hiding behind stuff is actually pretty vital.

If your computer can handle it, S.T.A.L.K.E.R. is pretty fun and has a lot of quests and action. (Much more action than Oblivion, but not quite as awesome on the quests level.(

 

Also, FEAR is good (kinda old though). If you like mmorpg in space, you MUST try eve online. That game is awesome! (www.eve-online.com)

 

Also, try some soccer management games like Football Manager 2007 ! Really cool ! []

 

I played bf,it is a game just like CS,it is boring.i would like to suggest you to play heros of world war 2.it also will be boring if you play too much.

 

You should definately try playing Morrowind, it's one of my all time favorite PC games.

 

age of empires is also a war game
