Should prostitution be legalized?

It is legal in certain counties in Nevada and Nevada is in the U.S. It used to be legal in Idaho and Montana but I think they legislated against it. Not sure on that.

Anyway, don't go overseas if you want to pay. Come to Nevada, we need the $$$.

 

Yes, what makes it bad? Anyone who does it is their own choice of harm (or gain). Should smoking cigarettes be illegal across the world? IMO, smoking cigarettes is worse than paying for sex. However, both are personal actions... so make both legal, or both not.

if you want prostitution to be legal look at Las Vegas, its legal as long as the woman gets screenings regularly. Also there are other countries with it legal.

The only thing they should do if it becomes legal is have regular screenings. Oh and it spreads dieases, so they should have to get a certification... lol

I date a lot of women and never have problems getting girlfriends, most of my friends are women as well. I love em all. I respect prostitutes as much as any of them, and believe they should be treated with respect.

I do admit I don't want to get married and I enjoy my girlfriends in the states but I have crossed the border enjoyed a few beautiful ladies in Mexico.

I don't feel guilty in the least because I maintain a respect for myself and all women in my life. I don't know what it is like to walk in any one elses shoes.

Sometimes you just have to do whats right, and I think the right thing to do in this case is to keep it banned. Granted, I see both sides of the story. But if we legalize prostitution should we legalize the use of all drugs? Both are dangers to society when you look at it from an outside perspective. Primarily because of diseases and there is in fact people with problems in sex addiction.

 

Drugs can be a serious problem to productivity of the country, but I don't think prostitution would be a problem

Diseases would become a problem, which would already put more strain on our healthcare system than it already has. There are some long term effects in dealing with diseases that would impact productivity.
