Can blogs be submitted to directories?

Sure they can, Bloggeries is probably the best one for you because it will have a category for your niche, but there are quite a few out there with specific blog categories (not myne, not enough market for them at the moment), eWebPages.org and Romow.com are both quite good for specific blog categories.

but to my directorys i don't accpt subdomain so for exemple blogspot blogs are not alowed only on payed option

Most of the general directories have blog as a main category..

So blogs can definitely be submitted to general web directories..

Some Blog directories like www.bloggeries.com are much recommended.

I have several blogs on blogspot and they do get accepted, just be sure not to submit them when you have only 3 or 4.....just wait a couple of months and make around 30 or 40 posts so it doesn't look spammy

Yes, so long as they conform with the submission guidelines. I don't accept subdomains for free submissions, and I like to see them in a category about their topic rather than a general Blogs category. If it's the sort of blog that's about nothing in particular, that usually means something like Entertainment > Personal Sites.

i would accept any top level domain quality blog with some decent archive history and not only at blogs category:

but if it covers a special subject in the subcategory that bests fits it. i.e.: astronomy blog in the /science/astronomy subcategory

 

Yes off course we can submit blogs to directories.

It will get as much as importance as the website gets.
