Should prostitution be legalized?

That's not true. I wouldn't like to see girls get treated the way they are treated in some countries.
I'd be happy if these girls can make a DECENT and safe living from something they enjoy doing/or have nothing else to do rather than getting in trouble with pimps, living in fear, and overall doing it in a very 'low life' manner.

 

The world's oldest profession should be legal in the US. A great new tax source for local governments. Maybe my property taxes would go down.

 

prostitution is legal in Denmark, the girls have to be tested every 2 weeks and the test certificate has to be no more than 2 weeks old to place ads in the news papers.
they pay taxes, condoms, tights, and knickers are tax deductible along with lube and sex toys.
the rape rates are low, because it is so easy to get sex on tap in Denmark.
they are not allowed to pick up from the streets, but can sit in a shop window, or place ads in news papers with phone numbers and services offered.

No maa'm!! If you think, Boys force women into prostitution always then you are wrong..

I know few high class call girls, who belong to really rich and well off family. noone forced them to do sex for money, it;s their choice to have some fun and quick bux.

Now what will you say about them? Since prostitution is illegal in India, if they get caught, the police will not only send them straight to jail, they will be harassed, charged for illegal acts, fined and imprisoned. Do they deserve that, just because they want to sell sex for money?

 

I don't think it should be. Its such a risky business. And to me its morally wrong.

Of course it should be legal. I can't believe in this day and age anyone would think otherwise.

Besides I never met a woman who didn't sell sex/love/affections one way or another. Men and women have vastly different needs and sexual drives. Married men pay the most and the balance of womens power over men could be reduced drastically improving male/female relations.

Why should rich men get all the women? Let the poor guys have a little fun.

 

Even though im against prostitution in general i think it should be legalised. First of all it happens anyway... legal or not... Secondly if someone wants to pay for sex and someone else is willing to give them sex for money... Why not? If that floats their boat and makes their tails wiggle.

And those guys/girls who sell themselves in to marriage for the highest dowry possible are prostitutes too.

 

None of that is going to happen. Most probably the police will get some bribes, may get some free sex and hush up things. Especially when it is upper class people, Indian police never send them to Jail.

 

Girls buy them too. Did you ever heard of male strippers?

 

Morality does not rule human decisions in many a occasion. Prostitution is the oldest profession on the planet. You make it a crime or not it is going to stay. So why not make it legal and that way make life easy for the prostitutes.
