Don't send large files by email. Instead, email a link to the file.

Don't attach the file and email it , just send the link.

Sending a download link is easier than attaching large files in an email.

What do you think of this Mix :p ?

If you have to send large files to someone don't use email attachment. Sending a download link is easier than attaching large files in an email.

    I think this is better:

If you have to send large files to someone, don't send them as email attachments. Sending a download link is easier than attaching large files in an email.

    almost perfect IMO

    Thank you

You can't attach "in" an email, you can only attach "to" an email.

    Another alternative:
It is easier to link someone to a file rather than email it. :D

It's not "easier", but it is "better".

Its better to e-mail someone a link to a file from a file hosting site such as (insert file host here), than actually have an attachment of the file on your e-mail.

You can't link someone to a file!

What, if they leave their desk does the file drag around after them? It would if they were linked!

    Version online now:

If you have to send large files to someone, don't send them as email attachments. Sending a download link is better than attaching large files to an email.

If you have to send large files to someone, don't send them as email attachments. It is much simpler to send a download link to large files.

I think you have plenty of suggestions. You'll need another sentance to explain WHY it's not a good idea to send large attachments. And possibly a further one to explain how a download link solves that issue.

But really, is there any one left on the planet who doesn't know this?
