My site just new and is about recipes. The URL is www.yoomost.com

Now on google search it is in 8th result out of 1,350,000 found. Try to search for recipes for dummies

Great job! I never tried getting high ranking SERPs. I just always use PPC as my traffic generator. Maybe I should delve deeper into SEO. AlexKim, would you care to share some of your techniques with an SEO newbie?

 

I'm just newbie here and newbie to the SEO, too. And yeah I would share all techniques that I have. As you guys could tell, my site is new. All I did was submitting my site to a few free directory that i found here in DP. Also join feedburn. and join http://www.mybloglog.com/buzz/members/xAlexKimx/

good job...I have had the same type of success for 7 different keyword phrases on google (I'm in top 3 for 40,000,000+ search)

 

If this is a new site, beware of the initial high rankings, after a days they fall down a little. But this keyword phrase is not very populated, so you should stick near positions. good work.

Should I rank my website first with low competitive keywords and then competitive keywords. Or theres no need ?
