You don't know if the guy is actually trying to get someone else banned, some losers do it against their competitors, anonymous subdomain kinda approves it too, you never know.

I agree with khushal ! If he is your friend then you should tell him about Google TOS etc not just go and report him. :| There are some chances that he is trying to get someone else adsense account as LeoSeo said! DarkX

If you were a friend you would put him straight. If he was your friend he would listen. That's not happening so we have to assume that your intent in posting is malicious and your story is not as it seems.
