Ok, I've seen a couple posts of people with military service here, but I wonder how many aren't saying anything... If you did serve, which branch, and country...
I was lucky and espce military service it become volintaree and i won't do it not even if they shoot me But i can't understand what has this to do with webmastering
I've seen quite a few people post that they've got some military service... It doesn't really have anything to do with it, just wondering how many vets there are here..

That's cool! In the US, a child of a military family is called an "army brat", were you called anything like that?
Army here too, I was a communications guy... I'm really surprised how many people here have been in the military..
Hey.. United States Air Force..7 year so far... been in since i was 18.. I do Civil Engineering design work, surveying, AutoCAD, etc.
I spent 8 years in the Army as an avionics technician. I worked mostly on helicopters. Avionics is the electronic instruments and other control equipment for various aircraft. Military training teaches a person to have drive, motivation, and discipline in accomplishing many different tasks in life, including webmastering. It's certainly possible to attain these qualities without military training, but the military has the effective ability to "burn" these qualities into your brain in a shorter amount of time. On a more personal and selfish level, if it wasn't for the military I highly doubt I would be in school for my IT web analyst/programming degree.
I got two brothers who joined the army, one is back a couple years ago, another will be back in November.I Miss the conscription as i went to the college.
