    You shouldn't make the the length of membership to post there 14 days thats too long. 7 days or 5 would be better

    It serves 2 purposes - firstly it discourages spammers from peddling their crap in the BST forums, secondly it means people have to make at least 14 days effort to get known (and prove their mettle) before being given the opportunity to launch a potential scam. Anyone who is here for the long term (eg. will prove reliable) isn't going to mind waiting 14 days.

    14 days IMO , is too short...

    Should be longer if you ask me, :)
