Nope. Not at all. Not from anyone experienced on the web.
Why do you think they are worth anything?

There's no content; just parked pages. But, I bought the names b/c I'm in the mortgage/credit/real estate industry. I need to put money into another project, but I think they have great potential.

If I haven't sold them by the end of August, I'm developing them. Any ideas for either site?

Maybe, unfortunately the days of buying on potential ended in the 90's. They are not rock solid domains, with type in , and marketing value.
You will need to show what they can do with the right concept to get a good price for them, and at that point it becomes development, and website, not just a domain.
Sorry to say that average domains are a dime a dozen.

If they were, "Requalify", and "Creditvalue" they would be worth something on their own.

I think you're right. I'd have to have a solid foundation before I could sell the site for x,xxx which is what I was looking for. These are probably the best two domain names that I have in my arsenal, which is why I would only let them go for at least xxx. Thanks for your input!

I'll admit I don't know anything about the mortgage niche, but $250 is wayyy to high...

I rather hold on to it and see what the market does. . .i work with buyers and prequalifying is a major hurdle these days with 525 credit scores and so forth.

Thanks for the input. I think its worth xxxx after development.
