How can I make a new thread in Buy, Sell, Or Trade category?

Hi, I wanted to sell my services here in digital point but when I wanted to post a new thread, it says i can't yet.

I've already joined this forum more than 14 days and I've posted more than 25 posts in the buy,sell, and trade as well as other categories.

What else do I need to do?

 

May I suggest you read the FAQ. That should answer all your questions.

 

You are a member for 14 Days and you have the 25 Posts that is the requirement so that is all fine.

The thing is it can take up to an hour for the Permission to post in that Category to come, I am sure if you try posting there now, then everything will be fine!

 

I believe they are right. What services are you selling by the way?

 

He already started a thread in B/S/T. Check his threads. Something to do with private label rights reports.

And Michael, this query should ideally have been posted in the S/F forum

 

well , if you see there is a rule that to be granted new permissions it need upto 1 hour of time. So , I think you just completed 25 posts and start making a thread , try after some hour it will work fine.

 

we have the same problem earlier.. and i'm almost in 25 post.. weee

 

You need 25 post in the buy and sell section. Sure you have it?

 

I am also new at this but I thought you need to have at least 50 posts (on top of the 14 days) before you can start a thread. Last I read (few days ago) it was saying 50 posts (maybe 25 posts was the previous requirement).

 

While there are very few specific posting guidelines, so please use common sense.

* You must have been a member for 7 days, not have an overall red reputation and have 10 total posts to post in the Website Review forum.

* You must have been a member for 14 days, not have an overall red reputation and have 25 total posts to post in the Buy, Sell or Trade forum (which includes link exchanges).

* Start new threads in the most relevant forum category.

* Don't create posts with nothing but a link. If you are going to link to a news article for example, give a summary of it.

* Unless it's earth shattering news, don't post press releases.

* It's okay to promote your own things, but wait until you have contributed something useful (posts-wise) to the forum.

* Don't create threads about random news. Anything more than one thread per day that is from a news source will be deleted.

* Personal attacks against people, or sites will not be tolerated. If you have an issue with someone or their site, take it up with them personally.

* Don't "bump" threads and don't post duplicate threads.

* Don't spam the forum with things like:

o Affiliate links (they are allowed in signatures though)

o Nothing but a link to your own site (you can request a site review within the Website Reviews forum).

* The staff here had the final say on what is appropriate and what is not.
