It looks great, but loads slowly on my laptop with a cable connection... The design is awesome... Nice top left logo, but the sliding "sign up" bar on the left hand side might be a little annoying on the 2nd and 3rd visit... As far as that promotion about your blog, looks like a neat idea... is it working out for you so far?
Pretty well designed site, nice header, but I also don't like the sliding bar at the left. The promotion is a good idea, getting people to post about your free ebook in exchange for cash. As for other kinds of promotions, maybe offer to give out free links in exchange for blog posts.
Nice design, very clean and readable. I agree with zan, the sliding bar on the left is the only thing I don't like.

I like your design .. though I'm not sure about the AuctionAds at the footer of each post.. I think you'll benefit more if you replace them with adsense.
The design was good. At first I was going to say "draw more attention to your RSS feed" but then it started scrolling. Different idea, not sure how much I like it though. It's kinda pushy and distracts from your content.
The layout looks like a common blog layout without anything remote distinctive, and the javascript newsletter sidebar isn't necessary (just make it a static sidebar at the top of the page). Also, all of the stuff under Favorites, Partners, Directories, etc. is just too much... less would definitely be more.
