AGS has confirmed he's not man enough to stand behind his "george galloway" style propaganda. Looks like "realm" isn't man enough to take on the infidel either ;)

I agree, let's eat. I just finished smoking a pork shoulder for eight hours over hickory. The meat just fell apart. Rich, smokey flavor. May I offer you some, Realm?

Who said afghanistan is poor? There are lot of things in afghanistan that you wont find in many rich countries. Dont go by just money there are other natural resources which are of interest.

    1. Aghanistan is world's largest opium producer. Opium can be converted in heroine (popular drug). Do i have to tell you how large the drug industry is?

    2.
OIL and Drugs are the most profitable business ventures for anyone.

Does that make more sense why US wanted to get their hands on Aghanistan and later IRAQ who also have huge share of oil

Nope. 19 muslims made that decision on September 11th. Maybe next time, they'll think twice.

I have ferret and gworld in my ignore box. Sometimes I think about putting you in there, but every few months you come with something I like and you don't use as many personal attacks as they do either.

I am not saying that US did this or any specific group such as Al-Qaida did it.

All i am saying that there is enough interest for US to be a part of this entire conspiracy. Those trillion $$$ US wasted on army and what not is all politically motivated gameplan. In US, arms lobby is the strongest lobby in the senate. They can go to lengths to ensure that there is always something happening around the world to sell their arms. The biggest buyers of course would be US army.

More tension more way more money for the arms dealer.

Do you know that george bush was a oasma bin laden's partner in a oil co:D

Read some more history books on this topic then it will make more sense.

Reading few blog stories wont take you anywhere.

No we did not want their opium, but we did want a pipeline: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Afghanistan_Oil_Pipeline

Not that the pipeline on its own was the reason for the lapses in judgment at the highest levels of the American government, but it may have been a factor.

Can "we" clarify who that "we" is? Very sparse wiki entry and from one of the sources:

The "we" in this context would be the US administration, sorry for the confusion. Not that I am saying I am for the administration, I was trying to followow the context of the thread.

Wedbdev is right. I have been whining about oil and opium for a while. Its all has its connection and of course dont forget arms dealers who desparately want way to sell uselss arms and ammunation at sky rocketed prices to US army.

there was a report back in 2006 which said bush family has stake in a corporation who are biggest arms dealers for US army. Way to go!

i suggest you watch this movie
