phishing is growing now a days. its best to get a internet security program that block phishing and phishing emails (in email clients).

 

My god.. no one is safe... m really shocked to see this.. thanks friends.. i will be careful. I've joined DP today.. and i m really learning too many new things.. thanks friends

 

plus in firefox it displays a warning saying its a phishing page most of the time

 

I haven't got a PP or Ebay spoof in a few weeks! I hate the really lazy ones though that don't even use a PP image header to make it look "official"

 

I receive emails like this about e-gold as well even when I didn't have an account with them...

 

idiots can't even phish people properly lol

 

lol, i also get those kinda email. but i dont check them , i staright delete them.
caz you can see they email you from some werid email address.

 

but someone already mentioned you should fwd it to or , they might actually look into it and pursue the offenders

 

i doubt they'll pursue anything they'll just use a scare tactic .

 

I was wondering that after I wrote it...does anyone know to the contrary....I've never actually gone back and checked the web sites have anyone?

 

they won't do shit they'll just scare the people thats what these companies do.

 

this is called spoofing. Its not even safe to follow those links because sometimes they install spy ware which tries to hack the password by reading your activities.

 

yeah thats why my virus scanner asks me if i want to allow or deny anything coming on my computer.

 

Yeah But it doesn't mean everything. you might be downloading anything for your need and it will ask you to allow it or not too.

BTW i m searching for a Good Antispyware ?
