I guess you are looking for CPA Affiliate Networks by the sounds of things. Don't think they all use postbacks, but a few most certainly will. I am a member of revenue universe and maxbounty as well. Both have great customer service. Whatever you do though, stay away from nexus leads!

LeadGains.com is one but I have not yet used it

 

I looked into them thanks, their site doesn't have much info on it.

 

I have signed up and must say that the user interface is not all that good.
