Is every 4 letter domain name valuable if it has some PR. Like if i have a LLLL.com with PR2, LLLL is not pronounciable. Then how much should this domain worth?
It depends on what the LLLL are, if they're premium letters or a crappy combo like qxqv.com For me a PR2 domain is not worth anything more, but someone might pay a few bucks extra because of the PR.
if its a quality one...somebody might go for any where between $100-$10000 recently figured harz.net sold for $1000 without any pR
its just the same. depends on the quality of the domain. if its a good name like 'lonely.com'(just an example) it might be able to pull more than a 5 character meaningless domain could. today i figured firstcard.com has got a bid of 125000USD on sedo! and another domain yourinteractivetv.com has got $10,000 bid!! i dont think both of them deserve more than $100 so u know domain price depends on many thing, market needs, quality, back links, PR, traffic quality etc. go to sedo.com and nevigate to domain auction section. do research on yourself you will be able to learn a lot.
Page Rank is not rare, nor hard to attain. Domains are one of a kind. Real Estate. Commodities. PR means nothing to a "real" buyer. That only matters to nickel and dime players. Page Rank is an industry of it's own, and really is not that important to companies. They will get the PR, but the Real Estate is what's most important. Age is important, and a clean record...other than that, buying and selling based on PR means squat. It can come, and it can go. It may go up, it may go down, but the Real Estate, and the brand will never change, and consumers don't know squat about PR, nor do they care.
yes i would agree that PR is easy to get... there are plenty of sales of PR domains in the BST section they generally fetch 10-15$ more. thats it
