Islam always says to deal with your wife with love and tender, if some Muslims do not follow it and beat their wives .. you should not conclude that Islam teach them so. So, you may hate (some) Muslims after you see their conduct etc. But before hating Islam, at least read it in full and see what it actually teaches. And if you still find it worth hating. Go ahead.
