Get approved from ANY advertiser in CJ by following my technique.

If you are new to CJ you may not get approved for many major campaigns. And also non-US CJ members get auto decline for many advertisers.

If they autodecline/decline you after a review send them the following email.

Dear Affiliate Manager,

I am really disappointed that my application to your program has been declined. I am really interested in your program and I have expertise in promoting products of your category. Let me know about my application status asap.

Thank You.

You can add a few more lines and tell them about your promotion. If they are +ve, you will get a offer. You can click the (X) offers pending your approval link in ur CJ login home page and accept it and then you are done.

It works! I personally have got approval for more than 20 advertisers like this.

Most affiliate managers aren't that stupid or naive (at least for good affiliate programs)...

 

Yes, i do it some times ago, it is Ok to do it!

 

It works for 4 out of 10 affiliate managers for me

 

No one cares to give me a rep

 

Because there is no need to ASK for it.

Emailing after being declined may work for some advertisers - it proves you're actually interested in / serious about promoting their product. If you were declined for not meeting certain traffic / relevancy criteria, then this won't help. If they just auto declined you for some other reason then a quick email may be all you need.

 

If you keep on replying with persistence you WILL get approval. All they want is leads/sales and its us who do it.

 

If your site sucks or uses promotional methods that an advertiser doesn't want, they won't approve you no matter how many times you email them.

I deal with this on a daily basis. With the advertisers that I've worked with, very few publishers are mistakenly declined (we pay close attention to approvals since big name clients are concerned about their reputation) & therefore very few appeals are accepted.

 

I agree with that. But you can claim that you will be creating new website just for the promotion of their program.

 

Still won't fly for many advertisers. Advertisers concerned with branding (and programs run by responsible affiliate managers) will never accept under construction sites.

Don't come up with excuses & bother affiliate managers. They get excuses all the time, it's easy to tell what's BS and what's real. Just create some worthwhile sites, or at least worthwhile landing pages for other programs & add those to your CJ profile. It'll make life a LOT easier, and you won't have to worry about getting declined as often.

Here's an example of how I got approved today after first getting declined a couple of days ago.

my begging email:
Hello,
I had applied for your affiliate program and was declined. I'm wondering if you would reconsider as our site, xxxxx.com is quite popular with women. I am adding a review section on shoes and would like to promote yours.
Is there any chance for a reconsideration?

their reply:
Thank you for your interest in xxxxxxxx.com. The reason your application was declined is because I was unable to determine how or where xxxxxxx would be used on xxxxxx.com. Thank you for following up and clarifying. Please resubmit your application and we will accept you into our program. Let me know if you have any questions.
