    Vegas Real Estate.
    Specifically rentals.
The Vegas House market is down. Foreclosures are leading the country at 30%.
The housing boom, and the refi boom is over.
There are over 38,000 homes on the market for sale.
The average price of a new home is over $250,000.
People are looking for rentals again, especially home rentals.

    It's a no-brainer.
Or I would do Vacation Property Rentals. Many people , especially over seas travelers and businesses bringing in Employees for conventions, look for temporary rentals, and with the market being down, many of the condo developments have not sold out, and frequently rent for just such and occasion, as well as time share properties.

(In case you are wondering, I live in vegas and some of my clients are in Real Estate, and Mortgages:))

I would make it a review site.. let users post reviews and pictures of the casino/hotels they stay at...

value? mid $xx until developed ( my estimate )

    rep given,

Fantastic Idea, I have a quary in with a national home rental site which provides very nice feeds of specific city rental housing. Hopefully they allow undeveloped sites. Thanks again. Anymore opionions are still welcome.

Agreed, just looking for the most profitable. Would have to assume Real Estate unless someone knows better, open to any thoughts.

True. You can do cars, jet ski's, construction equipment, party supplies and entertainment, moving vans, hot air balloons, ...the sky is the limit.
