PR and Redirects

    If you buy a valid PRX domain (unrelated) and have it 301 to your old site with low PR. Does it make your old site PRX on the g update? I read about people trying to move sites and preserving the PR. Isn't this what people do when they move site? If this is the case why are people buying links to boost PR?

    no nothing will happen to your new PR because its not a backlinks just a redirect, well thats what im assuming right now, not completely sure and more chance ur valid PRX to lose some PR later since it doesnt have any content

    the PR should be passed to your site eventually....but once that redirected domain loses its links it will lose its PR.

    It may also negatively affect your rankings because it may look like spam

    i was actually trying to say about indexed pages and links but dont know why i said PR lol

    Buying the links is also a way to build the pr.

    you dont allways have to buy links, you can get many free links
