I am looking to bring www.wpskins.org to the front of wordpress galleries, and I want idea's and such from theme designers/creators, sponsors, and bloggers! What do YOU want to see happen with the site? Improvements etc... I'm all "ears"
Thanks I still think it could be improved, I am getting some more features coded for it such as user uploads, live testing of themes.. etc. But I would like to hear others idea's.. and get some input!
Comparing to http://themes.wordpress.net/, It is harder, visually, when I try to scan through your site fo themes. That's just me, maybe someone else can try. And I don't really like the colour scheme.
dont like the colours. Its far too loud in my opinion. The fact that you have so many ads on it also makes it look very spammy. It has potential though! You need to think about this from a designer's point of view. They like more clean, classic colours/designs and they certainly get irate when they see adds.
The design has been updated. (still a work in progress!) The site was in someone else's hands for the last couple of months and they put up ads - which I did not know about. I agree it did look spammy. Now advertisements are out of the way.
much much better. I will write a better opinion when i get the chance. Certainly in the right direction.
