I wont recommend any more sites as i have read a lot about the scams of these kind of websites

althaugh

was a bit confusing but everyone makes mistakes right?

i dont know why i couldnt copy and paste from the site...is it somehow a copyright material? or what am i missing here?

Thank God for opening my eyes. These days it is difficult to trust others easily due to frauds. I had come across a website which ask for passport copy.

 

I am from India and I am also interested.But is it also a scam ?

1- the dollarat site wont ask you for Passport/ID copy at all , because they do not sell these cards , as I said its just online guide cooperating / advertising these banks ..

2- But the other sites/ e banks these mentioned in the dollarat site will ask you for your ID / Passport for sure . And be sure that any online bank that does not ask for your identity / authority bill approval then they are 100% SCAM . Any trusted / reliable bank wont give / issue a Credit Card / Bank account for anonymous in order to control the money laundering and online fraud .

 

Most of these sites the secret is E*Trade

Dollarat just points you to ways of getting such things.. they personally dont deal with things like these..

i found e-trade the most perfect online trading company.. and also found them in top 9 in the world.. they are registered and cent percent legal.. i've done countless trades with them as well as used them as my bank account.. the customer support is awesome so do the rest of the banking stuff..

for me.. these kinda online cards wont stay long.. you people remember the mygcard.com han?

as long as you are doing things legally.. you dont have to worry about anything.. and e-trade is legal

 

it is just an e-book, and its free. they don't ask for anything, or do anything for you.
The info is pretty common, and I can get you a better phone number. (the free phone number doesn't work, but phone service does)

 

I think its complelty scam becoz u can see a lot of sites doing this.Not to mention the sites but i know many sites who has done it i mean scam.So i think keep away from it.THx

i maybe a newbee here but i used their guide to open a USA account & have USA address & phone
it worked GREAT
now i have a verified USA PayPal account
by the way i'm from egypt

E*trade is also included in Dollarat.com in addition to other cards/ offshore banks accounts like avccent card , VMI , chorno card and entroPAy etc .

Two years ago I Paid 30$ in one of these sites thinking that i`ll get US Bank account , after I paid the 30$ i discovered that the site is just online guide book for etrade . At least dollarat site is free guide based on adv i believe
