I have no idea what they're worth because I don't know much when it comes to domain names.
outsourcedonline is a little hard on the eyes and it takes a while to read what it says.

You don't have to agree. What really matters is what the market will bear. What the demand is for those type of domains, and who will pay for them, and how much.
There is really nothing overly special about them undeveloped. Yes they are actual words, but not any more marketable than any others.

 

I think all of your domains are reg fee undeveloped. You will get higher price upon development.
