    Guys, how do I get a hold of my domain's age?

    I am getting a whois record from the year 2001 from domaintools.com. Is this correct?

    SmartPageRank will tell you how old the domain name is as well.

    Keep in mind, a domain originally registered in 1996, expired in 1997 and registered again yesterday is only 1 day old, not 11 years as some people claim...just FYI.
