I don't think you can. I'm pretty sure that just registering a second account is a violation of terms, isn't it?

If you are in the U.S. you could apply for a EIN under a fictitious business name (county filing required) get a new address and phone, change your isp, web host, get new domains and a new registrar under the pseudonym and reapply,

Oh, you might need to get a new computer as well 'cause they could probably track you that way too.

Luckily I shifted my house like 3 months after getting banned. And I rejoined, they do not have a clue of I am the same old guy.

I got banned because I put the adverts on a proxy site, but now I think they allow it, just to make sure, I will ask them.

I don't think there is much you can do. But luckily google isn't the only dog around.

You can convert to adengage which is better because they don't kick you out and try to control your site.

They banned me for mis-placing my ads. It was a new venture for me and I was having problems with the script and rearranging the ads. Because they don't pay out anything less than $100, I can't get the miserable $40 I made.
I guess I'll have to move house. :p

In that case correct the problems with that site or remove the AdSense code from it - not a huge problem.

As for being banned from the entire program (for invalid clicks normally) then sorry, but unless you successfully appeal there's no *legitimate* way to get back in.

Don't the real heavy-hitters with Adsense, the ones with one bazillion spam sites, apply to Adsense via corporations (cost to incorporate in most states: around $200-$400)? I'd think they do that not only to avoid getting kicked out, but also to avoid interlinking penalties (adsense code should make it obvious the sites have the same owner, forget about dns areas and stuff like that).

Also, if you apply under a DBA or ficticious business name or whatever, won't you still have to give your real name? The whole dba thing isn't much of a veil since it pretty much means you're just one person. With a corporation, each corporation is legally a different person/entity.

Fuirst, Google does not ban for clicking your ad accidentally one time. It has to be several times. Second the rules are in place to protect the advertisers who pay for the ads. When you steal from adsense you are not stealing directly from Google, you are stealing from the advertisers.

My advice is to read the rules carefully of another company and sign up and use them. You are done with Google, even if you manage to trick them and get another account, they will find out and just ban you again. Learn from your mistake and sign up for Yahoo, Adbrite, or another similar company.
