Which ad did google serve up????

Long time since I got a 1 dollar clicks, and those were when I had that spammy insurance blog which I deleted long time since, since it looked spammy and I was scared of a Ban, not I ever broke TOS.

But today It was quite a surprise when i saw that I had a 2 dollar click.

How I would love to know which kind of ad was that... Because the click went off the Home page.. which is the LEAST targetted homepage in the whole WORLD...

I saw a keywords like credit cards in the referral log during the time when the click happen though.. :(

Perhaps it was because I had reduced the number of ad units to ONE on the home page, with just two ADS...
    This really works...
Oh yes, ecpm increased to about 9 dollars since i reduced the number of ads... CTR have slightly reduced though, but total earnings have increased,

That would be great, I only have a few cents per click and not a single dollar.

How can you tell how much you get per click? I can only see the amount of clicks and the total for all the clicks.

divide the total $ for the clicks by the number of clicks = cost per click or ePC..

you'll need to have channels setup so you can see clicks and totals for each page/ad-unit.

It always depends upon your keywords. If you have high paying keywords then you will get more per click. I get $1 clicks many times for my real estate site.
