I don't know what to do with it, but it just walked up to me. I picked it up, petted it, sat down and put it back down, but it just came back. So I figure someone left it there. So now I'm stuck with it. I bought it IAMs kitten food (which I forgot to make sure didn't come from China ), a litter box, and put it in a cardbooard box with a tee shirt in a bathroom. What should I do with this animal? I am going to try to see if anyone I know will take it, and I don't want to give it to the animal shelter since they may kill it or give it to someone like Michael Vick BTW, I don't know how old it is--it seems to be able to eat solid food, but it also seems to think I'm it's mother
OH, how cute! It may just grow on you and hopefully your able to give it a permanent home. If not try to find it a good home maybe a older person might take it if they live alone.

Run an ad for someone who may have a good home for it. A lot of newspapers offer free giveaway ads for pets. Call the local shelter and see what their policy is for putting down animals. In one area I lived, they never killed an animal, they would keep it until adopted. If it is just a kitten, normally they will adopt out fast. good luck!
If you are going to keep it I wopuld take it to the vet and have it checked out. Maybe you could take an ad out in the newspaper saying that you found the kitten and hopefully the owner might see it.
I agree with allout. Try to run ads in various places. If you can't find it's owner then keep it if you can pet it. Pets are good friends if they believe that you are its parent Also I agree with Skinny. Take some pictures and show us If you didn't name it yet we can name it together

get it a litter box , cat bowl water bowl and it dosent need a place to sleep just keep it in the room with the litter box and food , make sure its potty trained , THEN KEEP IT, it will be your best friend. Also if you do decide to keep it be sure to take it to the vet to get shots and all that good stuff.
It is potty trained I read that their mothers will potty train them. I bought it some cat milk too. I have pictures I took with my cell phone that I will try to put online.

Awwww, do you have a picture of it? I could tell how old it is. Maybe post an announcement in the newspaper or something, I'm sure some kind people would love to take it!
maybe you could try to raise it for while if you have time and can afford it. if not it would be better to hand over the cat to the one who can. I like cat too please take a good care of it.
