To hostproxies.com credit, I have contacted him and he said he would give me a refund, but no refund has developed. Transactions occurred 2 weeks ago, not a single pm from either post-transaction. Needed the service to be provided w/in a week. These users have 100% positive feedback, so I fear expressing my opinion might cause retaliatory feedback. I used paypal of course, so there is no way for me to get my money back without extensive documentation.
Wanted a myspace bulletin and search engine submission respectively. Would I talk to the credit card co. for a chargeback or paypal? A mod can move to GC section if they wish.
You can talk to the credit card issuer, that would be your bank I suppose. And never pay for search engine submission, thats useless, let them find you from links.
I found that out about 1 hour after I paid the guy. It was easier to do it manually, I paid someone to do nothing and they didn't even do it.
I am sorry but I have done business with them before and they have never scammed my or anything, they were really nice and all so I find it hard to believe. Sometimes it takes time to see the results of their work, especially with search engine submission
hullcrush - I told you i would give you a refund... I would have but you signed off without giving me your paypal email. Quite difficult to send a payment wouldn't you say? wragge11 - What the hell who are you?
getjimmy - as you probably know if you do hundreds of transactions a day many of them the same amount it is very hard to find the correct paypal address. This is why I am asking for the paypal address so i may send him his money back. I am not a scammer and you, and many other people on this forum know this. And I DO NOT agree that i scammed him. I simply got too busy to complete his work and I said i would refund.
I know this thread is old but this guy just got me too for $20. I fell for his song and dance on 1M emails. They're all bouncing and lots of them aren't even complete...like missing the .com part of the address. I don't know how many IDs this guy has but beware of the scammers folks. Thanks Eddie
