Yes, building a webpage is not even necessary ! I get money from clicking ads and paid surveys as well ! What is more, I get paid for the clicks made by my referrals as well ! If you have a website, too good .... fill it up with nice content, or promote a popular product (of course you should be affiliate of that product) .... add other affiliate links and Google adsense codes all over that site .... than bring traffic ! Pay a little and use Google Adwords to get targeted traffic .... .... there is a lot you can do .... nothing will happen overnight.
