I am selling www.myarcadephp.com which is an arcade software selling business. The buyer is receiving full rights to the unique arcade software, a license to use our custom developed ordering and licensing system, and all other content on the site. This is a ready to go business.

I developed this project over late 2006 and has since been on the backburner. I don't have the time to put into this business as my focus is needed elsewhere. I would like to put this business in the hands of someone that has the time to put into it.

The script is very flexible and is easy to install. There should not be much maintenance for support. This should be a good passive income.

Software background
The arcade software was custom developed by a freelance programmer and I own the exclusive rights to it; you will not find it anywhere else. The software contains a plethora of features not limited to player accounts with social networking features such as friending and profiles, easy theme management so that the arcade is easy to skin and develop future premium templates for, and SEO friendly content, meta-content and URLS. Ordering system
The ordering system was custom developed by us and we will grant a license for the buyer to use it. It works with Paypal IPN allowing orders and downloads to be automated. It also has a member system so purchasers can login to view their orders and downloads. The ordering system uses an encrypted url paradigm so the location of the downloadable files are hidden.

Themes
We have had two themes designed by freelance designers. You will receive full rights to these designs. Only one of them is coded and in use at this time. There are two other simple themes I designed and coded that you will receive with this business; so a total of 3 coded and in use, and one PSD only.

Support system
Currently we use OS Ticket which uses our member/ordering system for universal logins.

This is a marketable product, a quality product, and a unique product. I am asking for a $7,500 BIN but will welcome other offers. Please do not criticize my BIN as I am selling a business with potential. Questions are welcome.

Revenue Details:

I recently added a listing into HotScripts.com and opted for the premium listing. Since then we have had two orders. There are so many arcade sites built and sold that advertising in the right places can boost sales. For someone willing to spend money on some advertising in the right places, such as forum stickies, premium listings in script directories, etc.. I think that this could be a $2,000/mo business. Keep in mind I have not put the time or effort into getting the site's name out.

toby - since an inclusion in a script directory, there have been two sales. The inclusion in the directory was relatively recent.

It's original software. It's not based off or a knock off of anything else.

AA262 - I sold about 20 Text sites over a year ago. I received 100's of PM's. Some buyers would not respond then come back months later asking for their site. I don't remember your case scenario, but I apologize that you did not receive what you paid for. I have PMed you on SitePoint asking for your transfer information and am willing to extend the domain for 2 years free of charge. Otherwise, if you can find the transaction ID, I will offer a full refund + interest. I am stand up business man, own a California corporation, and will stick to my word.

Whoever wins the bid will sign a sales agreement with me and get my full contact information. If I did not deliver, I would not have loyal and repeat customers, or positive iTrader. We can also work out a payment plan that works for both parties. We can even use an escrow service. If you need references, I can deliver those as well.

AA262 - I don't know what your deal is. I have tried to resolve this issue with you and you have chosen to ignore me. I have seen you have visited this board but not answered to my posts or PMs. This seems to be nonsense as you are just trying to ruin my thread/sale.

Rhys_davies - please don't let AA262 discourage you. I have bought many websites on DP. I have sold many websites in the past. All have been smooth transactions. I have many people to vouch for me. In addition, I own an online business in which many people order goods from me repeatedly on a regular basis, equating to thousands of transactions per month.

 

Yes i do belive you partialy ( to be honest i think you even bought a script of me ) - but im just trying to be carefull for obvious reasons.
