Questions to the Muslims

I need you to have a talk with my parents

 

as a father, I will give my kids all my wealths (i hope there are many left), but certainly not my sins (even though there are plenty).

 

When we talk about virgins , there is one question I have :

How do God maintain the supply chain of Virgins?
Who are these virgins , pious people or sinners ?
If pious why they are one amongst 72 , if sinners why they get it( sex), at all?

 

That YOU think, Because you as a human are on the highest level of the food chain.
Many people do not eat animals, and dont use them in any selfish way. Any religion that says animals are created to fulfill the needs of human is brutal and pretty selfish, thats what I think.

 

I will just say "you think wrong". Its just your thinking and I don't think I need to defend what I said earlier.
Islam tells us what is Halal (allowed to eat) and what is Haram (not allowed). We are not allowed to kill 'any' animal and eat, but some which Quran mentioned 'Halal'

 

How long it would take to lock a thread after a request is made to the mods?

Jesus will forgive you of your sins. You need only accept him as your personal savior. That's why he died on the cross. Jesus would not want people to kill Jews in order to get to heaven. He was a Jew himself.

If people can pray god in the form of jesus, ram, buddha, Then why not other people pray god in the form of Allah?

 

Ohh they can, just they should not want the whole world would praise the same allah.

 

@ The Webmaster, Islam is a religion of peace, when people think of christians they do not think of the crusaders, so you should not generalize muslims either. There are just a few extremists who take their skewed interpretation of the peaceful religions (Christianity and Islam) and turn it into hate!

 

Try telling that to radicals, who are giving a bad name to your "religion of peace", will ya?

 

Who says we don't tell them? We do but they don't listen. Thats why they are called extremist. I again say, its their own acts. They do what they think is right but actually thats not.

It's not rocket science, you talk to the radicals and negotiate before more innocents get killed..

 

Pretty good. I'm impressed that you have such good understanding of koran.
Have you read it or discussed all the aspects with some Muslim friends?

Since Freelance has already mentioned that radicals do not listen, so there is no point talking to them, innit?

Yes, infact I have read parts of the Qu'ran as I follow the path of Swami Vivekananda who once said,

"If you're a Muslim, be a good Muslim, if you're a Christian be a good Christian, and if you're a Hindu, be a good Hindu."

All roads lead to the same path, so I wanted to see our Muslim sisters and brothers interpretation of the message from god. Similarly I have also read passages from the bible.

On top of this I work in an Interfaith group to promote understanding between religions. So yes, I have discussed some aspects with Muslim friends and I have worked to sort out problems that Christians, Muslims, Jews, Hindus, etc have with each other in a peaceful and civilized manner that involves words, not bullets ..

When Gandhiji set out to create unity between Hindus and Muslims one could have easily said it was an impossible task. Then look at what he did by just speaking, and by having the two communities realize that they were more alike then dissimilar. He helped pave the way for an India which now and for a very long time has seen peace between Hindus and Muslims .

You have , I'm sure, seen how bullets, smart bombs, and missiles have done absolutely nothing to terrorists over the past years but create more hate and resentment against the US and such nations that actively attempt to exterminate them. Maybe now we should take an alternative measure? Maybe a more peaceful and civilized one . The answer sounds like a no brainer to me, but I guess to some it's not.
