Get external links to subpages, which you want to index by Google.

 

Yes, that is key. Backlinks, unique content, and backlinks to deep pages.

Hopefully you have a heirarchy and you can point links to deeper pages. It took me quite a while to figure this out, but it has worked great.

 

With google one of the most important factors for ranking well for your keywords is to have backlinks. In those backlinks you want the anchor text to be the keyword or keyword phrase you are trying to rank for. Next thing is to try and setup backlinks for some of your more popular categories for your directory. You can use the states as your anchor text, like "florida website design".

besides on making our sitemap, you can do Deep linking by forums, partners etc...

 

Agree with the above, but you should also take a look at your meta title tags, there's a few pages ive checked which appear to be using the same meta title text, ie home, the directory, request for quote, members etc etc.

Making sure your Meta title and description tags are unique should help you achieve more indexed pages, otherwise it could look like duplicate content and end up in the supplemental results.

 

I would also try increasing your internal link structure. You could use a footer or related links section at then end of each page.

 

there is only one think which is going to increase your index count on google . it's BACKLINK . build more and more backlinks

 

Are you saying that it's better to use the keyword name in the link instead of the company name? Also, what are some specific examples of building backlinks?

Two months ago my website indexing was very good on google and my 15-20 pages are on first page of google, but now day by day my website is going down. Submit your sitemap to google and try to build backlinks pointing to inner pages. Submit also your site to directories that accept deep linking.

Thanks for your help. I already have submitted the google map. Also i mentsioned earlier that my website pages wehre indexed on the first page of google but now they are gone. Can you please tell me that how can reverse those changes.

 

To index pages, I find the most effective way is to make a sitemap, displayed at the footer of all of your pages. Make sure that the map has SE friendly links.

I used a sitemap, and even though my site kind of sucks with search engine results, it has over 1,500 pages indexed.

 

There are three for improving index pages in Google.
1. Navigational / internal links:
2. Site Map links from home page or Google sitemaps.
3. One-way inbound links

 

What exactly does this mean?

 

Just continue in building links for your indexed page. While building links also for your inner page. Also put your link on sig in forums that is often updated so that it will be crawled frequently.
