    No, it is just lowering what you would get paid monthly. Reverse Auction (I will do this for $xx amount lower then that person you should hire me.)

    Those that posted after I said I have found a worker. I doubt I would hire them for anything. It shows a lack of attention to detail. I tried to PM and tell one person to read the last thing I wrote to the thread and it took three PM's, before I had to just tell them. Seriously lack of attention to details for them. ha

    I also had a few people PM me for the job. Which I was seeing whom did, because it shows they are not really reading the instructions I laid out for them and would not be a good worker, because they could not follow simple instructions.

    For those that mist it.
    I have hired a person to do the job. This job is no longer offered. This issue is now closed.
