My site is first in Google for the search term: Out of 19,800,000! But I want it for a more common search term, any ideas how? I don't want to pay for SEO how can I do it?

have you used Overture keywords search tools? it's good idea to see the general keyword and which keywords you should pay attention to. actuallt in my opinion doing good on niche keywords is already good enough.
The best way to learn SEO is probably search for some online tutorials, visit forums like this and learn from others. If you contact the owners of websites which are realted to your subject and ask them to exchange links, this will help.
that is Great but still if you are not getting handsome traffic its useless i think you mean to say is " you did nothing and you ranked first "
the overture keyword tool hasn't been updated since January...and any other tool that pulls data from overture is outdated as well.
seoranther is right. overture tool isnt perfect. i prefer wordtracker and i found it lot closer to the actual search numbers
