I am curious of the same. but could you also pm me the keywords you use and adcopy of each offer? And how about throwing in your bid price, ctr, ecpm, and volume. And if you could throw in the landing pages and any .PSDs for them as well that would be great. Thanks!
funny but in all seriousness... the top offer for one person may not be an offer you can make convert well It REALLY depends upon how you promote it etc..
I promote... anything that makes profit. (Except for adult stuff) Just ask your AM what the eCPC of an offer you're interested in is... then figure out ways to make your offer match or beat that eCPC. The main thing is that you find an offer with a solid eCPC and perhaps more importantly... well equally important, it's something you enjoy or know about. Dont promote ringtones if you dont have a cell phone... well ok... promote ringtones. Everyone else seems to be
Thanks for the info about the top offers list. Are most of the other people 12 years old in this thread? You could have simply said sorry I am not going to give out that information. Some people are willing to give these details and some are not. Why act like a school child and make post that degrade yourself?.. Anyways, thanks for the few helpful tips in this thread.
You get such responses because most people see the request as ridiculous, who is really going to share his top earner?
I love you guys... I just came home from a hard day of work, and read this thread and it CRACKED me up! In all seriousness though, rajuthan & Volknet hit the nail on the head. Get the spreadsheet from your A.M., and choose an offer that looks good and has a high EPC and go to town with it. Go to http://Forum.ClickConsultants.com for some basic information on how to set up your basic campaigns... They have alot of good info there.
Hehehe, no one wants competition! There is no way these people are going to share you what works.....actually, not even my AM will tell which keywords convert, which sites return the most conversion, etc
It's not just competition, sometime people lose hefty amounts on just finding the right offers for them. This is not a cheap business when your running it seriously.
Just a reminder ... I am still open to receiving all that info. Quit being 12 year olds and give up the goods! I have a mortgage to pay.
It's frustrating, I know. But as a newbie (assuming that you are a newbie in this field), you simply must do your best to avoid throwing back criticisms like the "12 year old" bit... even if it's justified by some of the answers. There are exceptionally helpful affiliates who visit this and other forums who will support even the most remedial questions from those just starting out. And then there are those who are simply insensitive to another's person situation or question (obvious or not). For the latter, it's a bad precedence to set, especially in a community forum, since such behavior will only promote such poor behavior from you in the future. However, just realize that there will be good and bad responses. Some people will be supportive. Some will not. As a newbie, grunt, etc, in this business, you must swallow your pride and hope that you can disseminate through all the information that's thrown at you and use what works for your business model. In the end, after perseverance and determination, you'll find the answers that you are seeking. This business is not a 'get rich quick' endeavor and it shouldn't be construed as such (not implying that you have made that assumption). I like the idea that there is a learning curve to it. Makes this business worthwhile. Nonetheless, I will say that even the 'obvious' to those who are versed in this business may not be obvious to those just starting out. Sarcasm certainly never helps matters (imagine if children in school were treated as such). Of course, a little ribbing never really hurts if it's with good intention. I think, for the most part, that the people here at Digital Point are pretty good and better than some of the forums I've visited (there is one that is filled with nothing but arrogant jerks). Don't worry. It'll come. Good luck, Will & Carl, in all your endeavors. Do well!
I am not a newbie at all. I ran one of the first free webhost in 1997, have been in several magazines and interviews. Ran and owned 6 affiliate programs. Ive designed huge online campaigns for many fortune 500 companies. It was simply a question. I generally don't promote other peoples stuff. I was trying to save myself from searching through several pages and setting up hit and miss campaigns. I only do what works, if it does not work for others, more then likely it won't work for me(unless I see something obvious). I have a network of other such people on my AIM and Phone list who always share this sort of info. Of couse no details, but they will tell me what is selling hot in the current market/time. I was not aware that people on forums were not willing to give out ANY info at all. Of course the asking my AM was a good response. I generally get generic answers or "I don't know" type replies. I was trying to ask the people who actually do promotion, not just the ones who keep the clients happy. Anyway, I pulled all my azoogle links today.. So I don't really have any use for this info anymore. Thanks for the help though
