Pls suggest a tool to check valid pagerank..
because some sites/domain have fake rank right?

 

you can use
www.digpagerank.com ( real nice tool from a forum member Mong)
and www.checkpagerank.net.
There are a lot of tools but these are the ones that I like most.

 

the fist link doesn't work. And the second link says unknown for page rank on all my sites.

enter your url where is says "Enter Url :"
wait for the pagerank details from different datacenters

Green for valid pagerank
Red for fake pagerank
Orange for non confirmed

 

Try also domainpagerank.com, seochat.com

 

http://www.seologs.com is the best place to check for valid PR of domains
