I dont understand why in Islam guys are given more importance than females. Females are treated unequal. they are treated like dogs. Why would allah give 72 virgins to a guy and not 72 guys to a girl. dont you think allah is partial towards men. I think this is the main reason why those people blow themselves to get those 72 virgins. Well they cant get that in real and to fulfill their sexual hunger they kill them selves, imagining they go to heaven, They showed this on CNN in Christianity, hinduism , buddism all are treated equal. Can some one answer ?

Please provide some proof for this allegation. Men and women are equal in Islam, but they are not the same. They have different responsibilities in this world but the ultimate goal for both is piety. Really? That is why women priests weren't allowed until the last century. The fact is women have been treated as lesser than men up until the last centrury. Before 1900 (and even still today) women were seen by many as lesser than men. This is not a factor of religion but just the attitudes at the time. Pinning it on Islam is both ignorant and incorrect. Inferior beings have always been overpowered by more important beings & in islam women are seen to be Inferior, just look at punishments & rights of women. Some people will have you believe that being covered from head to toe in a black sheet (burqa) is a right islam gives women when in fact it's a lie.
