I m not new webmaster. But never done with CJ and their famous pay per lead signup programs Do they accept blog ? How do you promote CJ pay per lead or offers programs? Can I buy signups or pay to click pay to read traffic? Incentive sites! Can you show a demo affiliate page thats promoting a offer.. to get an idea.. Don't have to be yours just searching by google?
Ive been doing advertising for about 2 years now, and the easiest way I found to do things was searching google.com and finding tutorials and explanations for my questions. If your just now starting in this type of business, its better to have a mentor to teach you things, so you don't enter your credit card into a PPC engine and find out you have a few thousands' dollar bill. If your just now starting off, you need to look for a niche or some type of website that is guarenteed to bring traffic and keep them returning. Take your education for example, find 1 subject you can relate to and explain in simple wording, and you already have prior background experiance to. The more creative and time you put into a website, is what you will achieve in a long run. Goodluck!

No, you cannot buy leads from other incentive programs but you can incentivize users in ur website/program and make leads. Most of the incentive publishers get kicked off due to frauds by members. Tough market.
