You Think Directories Are Dead? Yahoo Doesn't Think So!

Today I woke up and was doing my regular website maintenance as usual. When I got to DM Web Directory I found something pretty cool.

A submission review from a Yahoo! Inc based company.

Just thought that it was pretty cool that a big corporation takes the time to work on SEO utilizing directories.

Yes big corporations are doing seo , tone of my directories got a submission from an old key company on its niche, too.

I had someone on another forum say it was not a Yahoo! Inc. company so I posted this.

As for the links cool..

You will have many companies that submit major companies as thats part
off the seo , media and what have not.

I have a few , including... British Airways , Starbucks UK Coffee, and many more
as with time they will find you as they found Biz-King, Sleek and a few others.

Submission came through a UK based SEO firm.

Thanks for the comments Malcom. This was my first major corporation submission and didn't realize they utilized directories but, I am glad they do.

This just proves that directories are not "dying" like the few threads we have seen recently.

 

I got a submission from this site too, though it was from a different section of their site.
