So you are saying that if "Jesus" was here today he would point all "people to God's kingdom". What sort of language to you think he would use today to get people to "God's Kingdom"?

:D Jesus will join digital point and post 1000 messages, and rent His signature for $10/month per link via Paypal subscription:D

To give you a more serious answer, God had created human beings so that they can evolve to be almost as perfect as God Himself, and Jesus was a messenger of God to help the humanity evolve, but humanity is hell bent to go down and down
In one day even God cannot change the world ofcourse God can destroy Humanity in a few hours and recreate new species which would be more suitable for His purpose.

God is actually doing it already, speaking to people through His Word the bible, which is produced whole or in part in virtually all languages.
Of course He can't "get people" to His Kingdom, that is a decision that they must make themselves based on learning about God, His qualities, His right to rule and His promises for the future.
But of course the question is hypothetical, Jesus' primary purpose in coming to earth was fulfilled with his death, he isn't coming back to fix an elastoplast over the problems, when he turns his attention to the earth it will be to provide a permanent solution.

The American Christians seem to think Jesus would support a Godless Jewish colony in the Holy Land with brothels, strip clubs, homos etc.

May be some "Christians" think like that. But those who know Jesus don't support your oppinion.

Luke 2:21-40: .... "My mother and my brothers are those who hear the word of God and do it."

So given the chance, he would have nothing to say? Are you in God's kindom now or do you have to wait till you die for that?

Lol. Many think the bible is real. I don't even think jesus exists, i am just speculating what he might do if he did come back.

You are speaking to an agnostic mate, who thinks religion cant be real, it never meant to be real. It was just a successive effort of building a community by human.

i have no doubts in my mind that if jesus were here today he would be found in a mosque, because:

    1. the ppl in the mosques are the only ppl on earth that pray like jesus and moses and others used to....that is, standing, bowing, falling on ones face (prostrating) and squatting.

    2. the ppl in the mosques are praying to the same god that jesus, moses and the others prayed to.

    3. the ppl in the mosques look like jesus with beards, robes and head coverings.

i doubt he will recognise modern day christians as his true followers.

i say all this because as a sunni muslim, it is part of our faith to believe jesus will return, descending in damascus, go toward israel to fight the anti-christ and then establish islam on earth.

What would Jesus do? exactly what he did:
    Go, Suffer, Die, and Rise.

1.sorry bud, but not in a mosque...I know plenty of Christians that stand, bow, kneel, and have even seen some who prostrate themselves when praying. Catholics (such as Martin Luther was) do this all the time.

    2. So do Christians

    3. I have a beard, big deal. unless you have a Kodak of Jesus, you cannot accurately say what he looked like or what he wore.

He has said all that needs to be said, there is no other Good News than the Good news that has already been preached, we all have the opportunity of listening to that.
Gods Kingdom has not yet fully been established but true Christians today can have a foregleam of the Kingdom in a spiritual sense by their association in woship with fellow true Christians where they are at peace and united in their worship, despite their varying circumstances.
The full establishment of God's Kingdom on earth is yet to happen, it will occur after all of Christ's followers are collected and in God's due time.

As the Lords Prayer says, "thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven" so it is not necessary to die to enjoy its blessings but of course many will die before that time finally comes.
True Christians are not overly concerned about death as Jesus promised a resurrection for all of those serving him.

Do you believe Jesus ever existed? Or do you have trouble believing in the miracles that Jesus supposedly worked?

Yeah. I don't think jesus has a hard on for islam. I don't remember jesus commanding people to throw stones at prostitutes. Quite the opposite, wasn't it?

God gave humans the world and taught us how to use it (and we all know what we should do). The fact is we don't follow what he wants us to do. He is probably pissed off and has decided to let us ruin the world and bring extinction upon ourselves.

Do you have to Islam bash in every thread? That is all you seem to do. Just change your sig to 'I hate Islam' and then don't post.
