Same here, many times. Odd that he would get no response, especially given the volume of traffic he has.
sorry to hear this man. Why don't you try Google alternatives. They can make you same amount of money
I finally got a response back from Google at 2:30 pm today. And the ads are working again. Yay! *big sigh of relief*
Yeah, that really does suck. I'm sure Google did have their Valid reasons though. Unlucky that you're gonna lose so much money out of it. Send them another e-Mail? Lastly, just because you earn Google a lot of money, it doesn't mean that the rules will be bent - they apply to everyone.
So funny how people's experiences vary so much. AdSense is so great, but they have to give away so much work to scripts because so many people are using it and I believe that that's what makes mistakes happen. Scripts make mistakes and you can't come to reason with a script.
We do well over a billion Google impressions a year. Nothing. Nada. Zilch. It's gotten to the point of absurdity. I feel his pain. We're already trying to transition a good amount of our site to Yahoo.
OK... working on 5 days and counting and no reply. I sent them a polite message about our need to speak to someone regarding an accounting issue and the number is high - we send them hundreds of millions of impressions a month. It's a frustrating experience with Google and AdSense for us. I've sent an email for preferred publisher status and same thing.
did you have images near ads? This is a common cause of disabling a site right now... They usually send out an email with a warning that you may have not received.. check your spam box? Im sure you had a rep at one point contact you.. I would contact that rep directly.
We've had three people at our company try to contact our rep and Google. None of us have received a reply. We use Postini (yet another Google owned company) which didn't catch any spam from Google. This rep is completely non-responsive and sending the email to the Google mailbox suggested here and telling them who we are didn't help either.
Could be the rep is just out of the office... They have been very responsive with me... I'm assuming you don't have images near ads (my previous question)
Google are to big and powerful and need to be taken down a peg or two. Ask is deffo a good idea. Think is seen one of the big torrent sites are now using them...
If you're webhost had 3 or 4 days of downtime, you would move to a new host. If you're local supermarket was closed for 3 or 4 days you'd go to another. With google, it seems there is no viable competitor.
