My AM is never around when I want him! Last month I inquired why I hadn't received my payment (I'm still not clear on this as he kept throwing reasons at me and then when I would point out the flaw he'd come up with something else -- which tells me he wasn't even looking at my account just coming up with something off the top of his head). Anyway, he was out of the office for the week or so surrounding that inquiry. And now when I followed up this month to make sure that I am really going to receive the money that is owed to me he is out of the office again. There was also a third time when I had some general link or offer question (I can't remember what now) and again he wasn't around for that either. So while the concept is great to have an account manager the delivery doesn't seem to be working (for me anyway). There are a number of things I really like about Azoogle but am increasingly frustrated with both AM situation and the fact I have yet to be paid despite the fact my earnings have reached the threshold for three months now.
what's this "threshold" you speak of? i don't understand why you say "yet to be paid"...unless you've overlooked the w9??
My AM is the best!! We talk often on AIM and he is constantly emailing me with new offers and ideas. As I have said before AMs, are in my humble opinion, what keeps Azoogle on top of other CPA networks...
I'd consider my affiliate manager one of my best friends. No joke... Very helpful he's bent over backwards to help me out.
Lee has been really great so far, he's helped me with landing pages and has given me some good stats on the offers I'm promoting.
Don't know if my affiliate manager is active, sent an email about 2 weeks ago and haven't heard any reply.
Mine is pretty pro-active, she lets me know personally when offers Im running have a change, are coming down, etc... no form letter a personal email.. She has been good, met her in NY in March, after being passed over to her. Erin is always looking out for good deals for me. Two Thumbs up for her. If I need something I pick up the phone or send an email. You can't be afraid to contact your manager regardless of which network you are at. Weather you are contacting them for a good reason or to give bad news or provide good news. ;-)
I had Alexander Blueman. He was a great Affiliate Manager, but he quit Azoogle. But we still stay in touch I'd consider him a good personal friend now. My current Affiliate Manager is Mathew Mirman and he TOTALLY ROCKS!. Couldn't be better.
I haven't used Azoogle for a while, but from experience, Chantelle White is hands down the best AM there. She really goes above and beyond!
