    check your admin interface, somewhere has something like "use nofollow for non reciprocal links" or something like this, uncheck the option.

    No follow on broken/missing reciprocal : all. change it to none or disabled. Check your dir after, right click on a link, properties, and see if there is any relations : nofollow left.

    I want to tell something which i missed in my post of above about free featured link. If anyone posts around 20-links he will be getting free one featured listing and if 30-links 2-featured listing and above 40-links will be getting 5-featured links for whatever category they choose.

    After submitting the required links (qualifying for featured listing) Please post your links here which you want to make featured.

    Will instantly do that...
