I would strongly advise you not to spend all of your $500 on just 3 directories. You will get a much higher return on your investment by submitting to many smaller and better value directories - something like 20-40 directories. The key part is to do your research and build up a list of directories that you have had a good look at and offer value for money. Heres a starting point: www.clush.com www.dirspace.com www.directorydream.com www.biz-dir.co.uk www.allthelook.com www.3wlink.com www.apahcinc.org www.allthelink.com www.aerospect.com www.cbgred.com www.dirsensei.com www.dirwizard.com www.ewebpages.org www.elegantdirectory.com www.enono.net www.forplex.com www.kwikgoblin.com www.index-it.net www.linkbook.org www.Map100.com www.mojoo.com www.premiumdir.com www.romow.com www.redpines.org www.sevenseek.com www.site-sift.com www.submitdotcom.com www.bigweblinks.com Many many more...
LinksQuitters Directory has a PR5 and prices as stated below: Permanent regular listings with 3 additional deep links are only $10.00 USD Featured listings with 5 additional deep links are only $25.00 USD Here is a link to the submit page for your convenience: SUBMIT Please PM me if you are interested in some permanent Sponsor or footer links with thumbnails. PM'd same information for your convenience also. Thanks
I think that is a good idea, but make sure the smaller directories that you submit to have good PR on the pages you will be listed. Many high PR sites have lower (sometimes by a lot) PR on the pages where you will actually appear. I would suggest only doing 'featured' listings because they usually appear above all other submissions on their associated page and are closer to the homepage for better PR value. Just my 2 cents....Good luck!
For whatever business you submit to a webdirectory try to find the best directories in your niche. This will give you the most boost for a website. Good luck.
Out of curiosity, what is your website geared towards? you can post or pm, i am just wondering. As far as what you are in search of, pr isn't something that DirectoryDump Web Directory sells, so it may not be your best of choices. My aim is SERPs and traffic, not PR.
Hello... $500 isnt enough really unless your very choosy You can do alot more with a good list thx malcolm
Anytime you make a post asking for good directories you will get a slew of people trying to push theirs and unfortunately you will get people with worthless directories too. One tip that I can offer, while home page ranking of a directory is a good measure, more important is what is the PageRank of the page that you will actualy be listed on? Also how many links are on that page is another thing to consider... anything more than 20 (preferably 10) outbound links total, forget it as the link juice is all worn away by then (this total includes footer, left and right hand as well as footer links).
nice comment, but who is to say that someones directory pr0 now will not be pr5 and up later?only asking
yes, i think i'm being unbiased by advising that it wld be much better to use the money on smaller strong directories like those listed above than a huge chunk on just 1. They are good but you might want to wait later before submitting to them. Building up a good base first is important and you can purchase about 10 quality directory submissions with that $$$, which i think is better for you now. With that being said, do consider these PR6 strong ones too www.linksfactory.net www.eonte.com
This is the place to go - http://www.avivadirectory.com/strongest-directories/ and select the top directories until you are out of budget Amit
