    Hi,

    We are considering selling one of our websites.

    This is a 100% high profit website which makes more than $100.000/year in pure profit (proof of income can be provided upon request).

    Very popular movies entertainment website with 20.000+ active members. It is torrent based but no torrent files are hosted on the server. Some people hate these sites most people love them. We love this site because it has made us a lot of $$$ :cool:

    Will soon be 3 years old.

    Haven't been advertised at all the last 1.5 years. Most of the profit comes from search engines and bookmark traffic and the rest is from affiliates and current members renewing. This site is VERY stable!

    Our site is located on an dedicated server in Bahamas (soon to be moved to an even cheaper host in Panama) to a very low monthly cost and only a few hours of work is needed monthly.

    All content on the site has been developed exclusively for our site.

    The site has a PageRank of 5.

    We now ask for an opinion of what this site might be worth and if anyone might be interested to purchase it.

    This site is also listed on DNF.

    We don't know. Some sites sell for 10x yearly income, some for a lot less. We are trying to figure out how much a site like ours is worth based on the information in this thread.

    No special reason, we have other things to do that we like more. If we get an offer that we feel is ok we will sell it if not we will keep it and hire someone to take care of it to free up some time for us (mainly me!) :)

    The revenue comes from visitors purchasing memberships to our site.

    Our site has NEVER moved to a new server before. Same host since the start. The only reason it will be moved now is simply why pay $300/month for a server when you can get a better server somewhere else for $150/month.
