I'm struggling to understand, but I think you're looking for a list of good blogs - well, popular blogs anyway. A good place to look is the Technorati top 100.

Technorati is obviously the place to go- it keeps track of all the blogs floating around the web. Do not spam the blogs though- I say this because of the 'ten thousands' in your last post

 

Technorati and blog directories are the place to get top blogs....

 

use the Blogdigger search tool! You will find many interesting blogs with it.
