How do people become VIP user on forums ?

On forums (dont mean in here), how it is possible o become VIP user ? Does it cost money or something other ?

I couldnt find information on one forum about it, asked for becoming VIP user.. but they didnt reply me back...

So how did you become VIP member or just know how to become on forums?

What do you mean by VIP member? Every forum is different. Some will only allow real VIPs, other will charge you or make you earn it. Or do you mean moderator?

What's a VIP member? Maybe a "senior member" with lots of posts or some forums have a premium area for which you have to pay.
Every forum has info about this in their faq/guidelines.

No i am not seriouse about being an actor. And regarding to VIP.. I asked first on one forum to let me use my link on my signture when i post threads or replies.. they said that they only letting it to VIP members.. I asked them via email and PM -ed them on forum about how can I become VIP member.. but they didnt answer me .. So i get intrested did you hear about VIP membership on forums ? I guess they mean paying money for becoming VIP.. but it is only my thoughts, becouse they just ignored my first attemp becoming VIP .. And i dont know why

 

Two things:

1) They could be just messing with you
2) Some forums offer premium membership

some forum gives their VIP access to paid users only.I think this rule applies to most of forum

 

They had replyed me back. They asking me to post at least 300 messages there , then i will have a VIP user status... what do you think about? I am new on that forum have got only about 15 messages..

They will let me to post my link , on signature , when i will post messages, or new threads...

 

If you want VIP status there, then you should be posting there instead of here! You have 70 posts here. If you had made those 70 posts there you would be up to 85 there and be 1/3 of the way to being a VIP. If the VIP status is something that you want. You should go for it! Just keep posting there everyday and you'll have your 300 posts soon enough.

Yea.. You guys have so many messages on here mightyb waw you have 3632 posts on here,buffalo you have 416 posts.. not bad
.. But I am to unpatiance to post everyday and wait till I will have there more than 300 It will take month or 2 months ...maybe i should have to search for other forum without any limitions ..
