what advantage in selling new domain

    what kind of advantage those people take who register a new domain and within few days they sell that domain . ( coz its keyword riched + higher pr domain )

    do they sell that one on higher price

    I don't see an advantage but then again, I've seen people do anything in the hopes of making a few bucks.
